Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Search Signal you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Search Signal is a subsidiary of Hello Support, the parent company responsible for operations, billing, and payment processing. Search Signal operates under Hello Support and all financial transactions are processed by Hello Support. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of service

Search Signal is an SEO performance dashboard that connects to Google Search Console and similar sources to surface opportunities, track tasks, and report on outcomes. The service is provided on an evolving basis; features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you invite into a workspace is authorized to view the data shown there.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and billing

Search Signal is operated by Hello Support, the parent company responsible for all billing, payment processing, and financial transactions.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Hello Support through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Billing and charges. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified). By providing a payment method, you authorize Hello Support to charge your payment method automatically for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription.

Billing descriptor. All charges will appear under “Hello Support” on your billing statement.

No refund policy. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Hello Support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Failure to pay. If a payment method fails or charges are declined, we may suspend or terminate access to your account until payment is successfully processed.

Disputes and chargebacks. Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact Hello Support to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we determine to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, including providing relevant account and usage records to the payment processor.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your subscription, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe any third party’s rights, attempt to disrupt or compromise the service, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform beyond what is permitted, or send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

Search Signal and Hello Support retain all right, title, and interest in the service, including its software, design, and brand assets. You retain ownership of the data you connect or enter into the service. You grant us a limited license to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period.

Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Response times are not guaranteed, and availability may vary.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight will produce a specific commercial result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Signal and Hello Support will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Hello Support for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Hello Support, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at that location, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
