How do I choose between software and Done For You?
Software plans give your team the platform: opportunities, recommendations, tasks, and reporting you operate yourselves. Done For You adds our team implementing the prioritized work inside the same platform. Same data, different operator — and you can switch either way later.
What does the setup fee cover?
One-time onboarding: your baseline snapshot, workspace and Search Console setup, a technical review, and the prioritized plan for your first 90 days.
Why is the initial term 90 days?
Search changes compound over months, not days. Ninety days is long enough to implement the highest-priority work and show honest evidence of direction — and it is the natural first decision point.
What happens after 90 days?
At the day-90 review you decide: continue, change level, move to software-only, or stop after the notice period.

What does Pro access include during a service?
Pro access stays with you while the engagement is active — every opportunity, task, and report in your own workspace. It ends with the service; you can continue on any software plan afterwards.
Are results guaranteed?
No — and be cautious of anyone who promises rankings or traffic. We commit to doing the agreed work and showing you the evidence: an implementation record, progress reports, and before-and-after comparisons, so every decision you make is an informed one.
What about custom or complex engagements?
Multi-brand, multi-market, or otherwise custom scope is handled as a custom engagement scoped with our team, building on the Authority service. Book a call and we’ll map it together.
